If you decide to purchase from Trinket Pixie Jewellery you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and that you have read and understood them.

Our Return Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving goods providing items are unused and in perfect condition with packaging. Please contact us to arrange this in advance. You are liable for delivery charges to return the item, the parcel is your own responsibility until it reaches our studio so please ensure you use an insured reliable method. we use and recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery at the moment it is £6.50 per parcel.
If you have ordered a bespoke piece of jewellery or requested personalisation we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Please feel free to contact us with any issues you may have and we will be happy to offer help, advice and whatever else we can do to assist.
Order Times & Shipping Information
Orders take approx 2-3 weeks although please do get in touch if you would like something more urgently and we will do our best to accommodate.
Custom made orders will take 3-4 weeks from confirmation of design and payment.
All items are priced excluding delivery, which will be charged at £5 per order. This will be sent through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders must be paid in full before they are dispatched.
International orders are also welcome, please message me for costs.
