Heart Outline Stud Earrings
These Heart Outline stud earrings are hand crafted from 925 Sterling Silver (solid silver, not plated) complete with sterling silver scroll style back fixing. Measuring approx. 1cm x1cm.

Return Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving goods providing items are unused and in perfect condition with packaging. Custom made or Personalised designs/wording/ dated peices are non-returnable. Pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Please contact us to arrange this in advance. You are liable for delivery charges to return the item, the parcel is your own responsibility until it reaches our studio so please ensure you use an insured reliable method.
Order Times & Shipping Information
Orders take approx 2-3 weeks although please do get in touch if you would like something more urgently and we will do our best to accommodate.
Custom made orders will take 3-4 weeks from confirmation of design and payment.
All items are priced excluding delivery, which will be charged at £5 per order to mainland UK. This will be sent through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders must be paid in full before they are dispatched.
International orders are also welcome, please message me for costs.

International Shipping

If you have ordered a bespoke piece of jewellery or requested personalisation we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
